Samsung has now rolled out the November 2024 security update for a number of Galaxy devices.

What's new in the November 2024 Samsung Galaxy update?

Like previous monthly updates, Samsung's November 2024 update doesn't have many major changes. It's possible that the major upgrades will be reserved for One UI 7 (based on Android 15), which is expected to launch in 2025.

One of the notable features of Samsung's November 2024 update is the Auto Blocker feature, which enhances the security of Galaxy devices. When enabled at "Maximum," Auto Blocker will automatically block all USB devices, except for devices used to provide power, such as chargers, to prevent security risks from peripherals.

In addition, this update also fixes more than 38 Android security flaws and 11 Samsung One UI flaws. All of these patches are listed specifically in the Google and Samsung November Security Bulletins.
