Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy S24 FE. The product has many significant upgrades compared to its predecessor, including a new processor, long battery life, a larger overall size, and a longer software update policy.

The Galaxy S24 FE's camera system has not been upgraded in terms of hardware. However, thanks to the new Exynos 2400e processor and new algorithms, the product has camera quality on par with the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+.

Galaxy S24 FE can record 8K@30fps or 8K@24fps video quality

The Galaxy S24 FE is the first Fan Edition phone capable of recording 8K@30fps video. For comparison, the Galaxy S23 FE can only record 8K video at a frame rate of 24fps.

With the Galaxy S24 FE, you can choose between 24fps and 30fps when recording 8K video. While this may not sound like a huge change, and 30fps is certainly not as good as 60fps, those with keen eyes will notice the difference.

The Galaxy S24 FE has a 50MP 84° wide-angle camera on the back, a 12MP 123° ultra-wide camera, and an 8MP 3x telephoto camera. The wide-angle and telephoto cameras feature optical image stabilization. Meanwhile, the front of the Galaxy S24 FE has a 10MP camera for selfies and video calls. The Galaxy S24 FE can only shoot 8K video with the wide-angle camera.
