According to recent information, the list of affected devices includes Galaxy S21 FE, Galaxy S21 Ultra, Galaxy Z Flip 3, Galaxy A73, Galaxy M21, Galaxy M52 5G, and a few other Galaxy series.

No hardware or software features are affected. However, a green stripe appears on the screen whenever the product is turned on. Besides being distracting, this is also a symptom of a broken screen, making many people worried.

Currently, the cause of the striped screen is still unclear. Although the error appears after the device is updated to the latest software version, blue stripes are usually a sign that there is a problem with the screen. Therefore, if this is indeed not caused by software, affected customers will have to spend money to replace the screen.
