Samsung Health's UI has been slightly refreshed with One UI 7.0. The One UI 7.0 beta is now available for the Galaxy S24 series in select markets.

Samsung Health gets a Mood Check feature

A user X has discovered that the Samsung Health app has a few design changes on One UI 7.0 compared to before. As you can see in the screenshot below, there's a Mindfulness section added to the app with three options: Breathing Exercise, Meditation, and Mood Check.

Breathing Exercise has been present in the current stable version of Samsung Health but is highlighted in One UI 7.0. Meditation lets you meditate for a set amount of time. Meanwhile, Mood Check lets you record your mood at a given time.

In the Stress section of the app, Samsung has slightly modified the interface of the stress scale. Previously, all the colors (blue, green, yellow, and orange) blended together seamlessly. Now, the scale has four clearly separated colors.
