The company wanted to release One UI 6.1.1 before releasing the One UI 7.0 beta. As a result, the One UI 7 Beta Program has been postponed indefinitely.

Samsung’s One UI 7 Beta Program Delayed to September Amid Unreleased One UI 6.1.1

The tech community was expecting the One UI 7 Beta Program (based on Android 15) to launch by the end of July as per the leaks. Hence, many were disappointed to learn that the program had been delayed. The launch date has been pushed back to September as Samsung wants to release One UI 6.1.1 first. However, this has reportedly been delayed indefinitely.

SamMobile shared the delay on the X and reminded readers that the One UI 7 Beta Program will start in September. Additionally, the source said that Samsung is planning to expand One UI 6.1.1 to more countries.

Samsung has yet to announce the release of One UI 6.1.1 for devices other than the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6. There are conflicting reports on whether the Galaxy A34 will receive the update. Some sources claim that the One UI 6.1.1 rollout for the Galaxy A34 has already begun, while others say that the device will stick with One UI 6.1 for now.

Samsung usually announces the release of new One UI versions through press releases. So far, the company has not made any such announcement. While the One UI 7 Beta Program launch date doesn’t seem too far off, you shouldn’t take rumors and leaks too seriously until Samsung officially confirms it.

We expect the One UI 7.0 beta to be released in September so you can experience the improvements and new features the update brings to your Samsung Galaxy devices.
