Galaxy Enhance-X - Samsung's AI application that helps edit photos and videos - has problems with One UI 6.0. A fix will be released soon.

One UI 6.0 brings many new features to Galaxy phones and tablets. Besides, many native applications are also updated, including Galaxy Enhance-X. This application recently expanded support to the Galaxy A series with One UI 6.0.

However, it seems that some users are experiencing some issues while using Galaxy Enhance-X after updating their devices to One UI 6.0 (Android 14). For example, the application crashes when users use features such as noise reduction or HEIF photo editing.

Samsung has acknowledged this issue and will release a fix for Galaxy Enhance-X. In the meantime, the company recommends clearing the app's cache if you're having problems.

To clear the cache of Galaxy Enhance-X, you need to follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Settings app's Apps screen.
  2. Find and select Galaxy Enhance-X in the list.
  3. Select Storage.
  4. Press the Clear cache key.

Once done, check again to see if you're still having problems using the app. If so, you should try reinstalling Galaxy Enhance-X. If the problem is still not resolved, you will have to wait for Samsung to patch the app. Once the update is released, you can download it from the Galaxy Store.
