Samsung's latest flagship tablets are finally getting One UI 6.1.1.

Just a week after releasing One UI 6.1.1 for the Galaxy S24 series, Samsung is rolling out the update to more of its older devices. Along with the Galaxy S23, the Galaxy Tab S9 series has now also started receiving One UI 6.1.1 with a bunch of new AI features.

The One UI 6.1.1 update for the Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+, and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is codenamed X91xNKOU4BXHB. It weighs in at around 2.2GB, which is much smaller than the 3GB of the Galaxy S24 series. The changelog for the update, however, doesn't show any differences. It's unclear if Samsung will actually remove any features from the update for devices launching in 2023.

Like the Galaxy S23, the software update for the new Galaxy Tab S9 series is only happening in Korea. According to the deployment schedule of the Canadian carrier Telus, users in other regions of the world may have to wait until next week to receive One UI 6.1.1.

If you are using a Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+, or Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra, try checking by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
