The official version of One UI 6.0 is approaching as Samsung recently released the fifth beta for the Galaxy S23. The latest update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra, whose codename ends with the letter string ZWIK, is currently rolling out in the UK. Other eligible countries will also receive the update soon in the coming days.

The fifth beta of One UI 6.0 is quite interesting as the change log only mentions resolved issues. Previous updates often include both fixed bugs and newly discovered issues. So, this could be a sign that Samsung is ready for the final version of One UI 6.0 based on Android 14 for the Galaxy S23 series.

One UI 6.0 Beta 5 helps fix the problem of not being able to record voice calls, the error of the touch screen not detecting touch operations, or wrong touches. Samsung has also resolved the issue when taking Motion Photos, the camera freezes, and the app automatically closes when taking a photo. Boot loop issues on Galaxy S23 when entering Maintenance Mode have also been fixed.

This update has a capacity of 750MB. If your phone is registered for One UI 6.0 testing in the UK, you can check by going to Settings > Software update > Download and install.
