Galaxy SmartTag 2 will be redesigned by Samsung, while adding many new features, including support for both Bluetooth and UWB.

According to the latest report, Samsung will launch the next generation Galaxy SmartTag in October. After the actual leaked image, recently, a render of SmartTag 2 suddenly appeared online, thereby confirming the design of this product before the launch date.

Galaxy SmartTag 2 will have at least two color options, Black and White. For now, it's unclear if Samsung will launch more color options in the future. The black version will have part number EI-T5600BBEGEU, while the white version will have EI-T5600BWEGEU.

Leaked sources say Samsung's next-generation tracker will support both Bluetooth and UWB connectivity. With the new design, users can completely hang SmartTag 2 on the keychain. Besides, this is also a favorable condition for third-party manufacturers to develop more complex accessories.

Most likely, Samsung will sell Galaxy SmartTag 2 separately in a pack of 4 (2 black + 2 white), with part code EI-T5600KWEGEU.

Users can attach the Galaxy SmartTag 2 to their belongings and track their location in real-time through the SmartThing Find app. The app also allows you to create a virtual limit and receive notifications on your phone, whenever the SmartTag 2 leaves the designated area.
