As expected, Samsung will launch their next folding screen phone models - Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6 - early next month. At the Unpacked 2024 event on July 10, the company may launch them in three or four color options, which was teased by a reliable tipster.

Color options of Galaxy Z Flip 6 and Galaxy Z Fold 6

According to reputable tipster @evleaks on X, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will be available in blue, mint, silver, and gold color options. Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 will have three color options: navy blue, pink, and silver.

There are also color options available only at Samsung's online store. Galaxy Z Flip 6 will have additional black, peach, and white color options. Meanwhile, there are only two more color options for the Galaxy Z Fold 6: black and white.

This is the first time the Galaxy Z Fold series has a pink color option. Samsung often uses pale colors for the Galaxy Z Fold series while going crazy with vibrant tones on the Galaxy Z Flip series. It seems like the company will change its strategy this year.

What can you expect from the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6?

As expected, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will have a design similar to that of its predecessor. However, the product's hinge will be improved to make the crease running between the main screen less obvious. The product will be equipped with a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, a 50MP main camera, and two batteries with a total capacity of 4000mAh.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is expected to have an unchanged camera system. The product may also have improved hinges similar to the Galaxy Z Flip 6. Of course, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is also equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and has a slightly higher battery capacity (possibly 4,600mAh).

Both will support Galaxy AI, meet IPX8 water resistance standards, have a stereo speaker system, and are capable of 25W fast charging and wireless charging. They will run One UI 6.1.1 based on Android 14 out of the box and receive seven Android OS updates.
