Samsung recently revealed the new One UI 6 Watch update for its smartwatches based on the Wear OS 5 platform. Besides the features that Google has equipped for Wear OS 5, One UI 6 Watch promises to bring many advanced features based on Galaxy AI.
Galaxy Watch is already a great smartwatch for those interested in staying connected, receiving notifications, and tracking their health. The latest generation also provides useful stress and sleep information to help you recover after workouts. However, in the next major update, Samsung will combine Galaxy AI with Samsung Health to take these features to a new level.
New features in the One UI 6 Watch update
One UI 6 Watch's new AI-based health tracking features will help Galaxy Watch get “more comprehensive and actionable health insights that motivate and encourage exercise to improve health.” and the physical health of everyday users”.

- Race: Helps users stay motivated and track current and past progress while running or cycling
List of Samsung watches that will receive One UI 6 Watch
These new features will be available on the next generation Galaxy Watch series (Galaxy Watch 7) through One UI 6 Watch. The update will then roll out to older devices. However, some Galaxy Watch users will get a chance to experience some of these features first with the One UI 6 Watch Beta testing program.
