Recently, we have seen a lot of leaked information about the Galaxy S24 series, and these phones are rumored to be released on January 17.
Today, a fairly reputable source, @MysteryLupin, has just revealed information that Samsung may send invitations to the launch event of the next generation Galaxy S series on January 2.
Before the invitation information was revealed by @MysteryLupin on X, he announced that the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event will be held on January 17 in San Jose, California. Typically, companies like Samsung and Apple will send invitations to many different individuals about 2 weeks before the event. Therefore, it's quite reasonable to assume that Samsung's next Galaxy Unpacked event invites will be sent out to the media tomorrow.
It is expected that the Korean company's next flagship series will include 3 models: Galaxy S24, S24 Plus, and S24 Ultra. They are promoted as "AI Phones" that promise to bring a series of interesting features to users. Samsung is also rumored to increase the size and battery capacity of the Galaxy S24 and S24 Plus. The S24 Ultra will have a flat-screen, a new titanium frame as well as a 50MP telephoto camera that supports quality 5x optical zoom.
The next generation Galaxy S series will use the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 or Exynos 2400 chipset and run on the Android 14 operating system with the OneUI 6.0 user interface. Samsung is also rumored to reduce the price of the standard and models, while the price of the Ultra model will increase slightly compared to its predecessor. Let's wait and see!
