Samsung recently announced that the One UI 7.0 beta – which has been delayed several times – would be released before the end of the year. However, the company’s official blog post said that the beta would only be available for developers. Samsung has confirmed that the One UI 7.0 beta will also be available to users.

Responding to a user question on Samsung’s Community forum, a member and moderator of the One UI Beta team said that the One UI 7.0 beta will not be limited to developers.

Instead, the beta will be released publicly “when the schedule is confirmed.” Users will be notified via the Samsung Members app when the One UI Beta Program begins.

To be honest, Samsung’s public release of the One UI 7.0 beta is not a surprise. The company has done the same for previous versions of One UI, only this time Samsung is officially releasing the One UI 7.0 beta to developers.

That said, it's still possible that only developers will be able to experience the One UI 7.0 beta later this year. Since Samsung plans to launch One UI 7 alongside the Galaxy S25 series, it's likely that the company will release the beta early next year.
