Samsung started rolling out One UI 6.1 to high-end Galaxy phones and tablets in late March. Nearly two months later, One UI 6.1 landed on a few mid-range and low-cost devices, including the Galaxy A14 5G.

Samsung has released One UI 6.1 for the international variant of the Galaxy A14 5G – which has model number SM-A146P – in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. Some of the countries that received the latest update are Morocco, South Africa, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Tunisia, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.

The One UI 6.1 update for Galaxy A14 5G has Baseband version A146PXXU7DXD3. To download the update, go to Settings → Software Update → Download and install.

What new does One UI 6.1 bring to Galaxy A14 5G?

One UI 6.1 brings many new features to Galaxy A14 5G. Some highlights include the ability to copy a subject from one image and paste it into another, customize the alarm display, share your location with others using SmartThings Find, see more options in Samsung Health, and open all minimized apps at once.

Of course, we cannot help but mention Galaxy AI. This is a useful AI software suite, including features for image editing, topic research, content translation, and content summarization. Galaxy AI can be very useful in everyday life. Unfortunately, Galaxy AI is not part of One UI 6.1 for Galaxy A14 5G.
