Samsung updated Android 13 to a lot of eligible Galaxy devices late last year. The rollout was quick and now tens of millions of Galaxy smartphones and tablets have received Android 13 with One UI 5.0 interface.
Now, users have begun to care about the next version of Android. Google today released the developer preview of Android 14. Of course, this update is not for Galaxy devices and Samsung will roll out its own One UI beta once stable Android 14 is out. Normally, users can join the pilot program in the third quarter of each year. As usual, the new Android OS upgrade will come with a new version of the One UI interface. So Android 14 will come with One UI 6.0.
Samsung recently had a clearer update policy, so we can easily guess which Galaxy devices will get Android 14 and One UI 6.0 updates.
