One of the most outstanding features of the Galaxy Z Fold5 is the support for the S Pen. The Galaxy Z Fold series are Samsung's only foldable smartphones that are compatible with the S Pen. The company first integrated this feature on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and has maintained it ever since.

However, the Galaxy Z Fold5 is not shipped with the S Pen. Therefore, if this stylus is not available, you will need to buy it separately to experience it. The good news is that you don't have to buy a brand new S Pen.

You can use the S Pen of Z Fold3 and Z Fold4 for Z Fold5

According to Sammobiles, Samsung has produced several different S Pen pens over the years, and not all are compatible with the Galaxy Z Fold5. You can't use the Galaxy S Ultra, Note, or Galaxy Tab S Pen with this foldable phone, so you'd better not try it as it could damage the screen.

Older SPens that you can use with the Galaxy Z Fold5 include the SPen pens released for the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Fold4 and the S Pen Pro.

One thing to note is that the Z Fold5 does not have an S Pen slot in the body. Therefore, if you are planning to "buy" an additional stylus for this phone, you need to buy an additional protective case with a pen slot.
