At the MWC 2024 event, Samsung introduced several LED screen ideas. Recently, rumors about products equipped with this technology have begun to spread on online platforms. Among them, a leak revealed that Samsung is developing and expected to launch a Galaxy Watch with a Micro LED screen in 2025.

Galaxy Watch with Micro LED screen is expected to launch in 2025

As revealed by @Tech_Reve, Samsung is developing the Galaxy Watch Micro LED to launch the product next year. On the other hand, there is also information that this smartwatch model will appear at the same time as the Galaxy Watch 7 series and is expected to be called Galaxy Watch Ultra.

Currently, Samsung is also researching the next generation of Galaxy watches, the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch 7 Classic. They are expected to launch at the Galaxy Unpacked event along with two folding screen phones Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 in the second half of this year.

If the Galaxy Watch 7 series is announced this year, it will be difficult to simultaneously launch the Galaxy Watch Ultra model because Samsung has not yet revealed any information about this device. Therefore, it is likely that the Galaxy Watch model equipped with a Micro LED screen will officially launch in 2025.
