Samsung is currently developing and soon launching the Galaxy M55 5G, a cheaper version of the just-launched A55. Recently, a leak appeared online revealing rendering images and possible specifications of this phone. At the same time, the upcoming device is said to be the thinnest M series phone currently.

According to detailed information from MSPowerUser, the Galaxy M55 5G will have black and blue color options with a beautiful design. It has a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED+ screen with ultra-thin bezels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a maximum brightness of 1000 nits.
The back of the phone is equipped with a triple camera sensor system with individual circular modules including a 50MP main camera, an 8MP wide-angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. It also has a selfie camera on the front.
Galaxy M55 5G uses a 5000mAh battery and supports 45W charging. Notably, the device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC chip and up to 12GB of RAM. It is expected to have two internal memory versions: 128GB/256GB and can be expanded up to 1TB via microSD card.
For added security, the phone offers an in-display fingerprint sensor and Samsung Knox Vault. It runs One UI based on Android 14 and is expected to be supported with security updates for 5 years.
In addition, the Galaxy M55 5G also has several other features such as being equipped with Dolby Atmos technology for a vivid sound experience, dual SIM support for seamless mobile connection, Bluetooth v5.2, and NFC.
