Currently, Samsung is developing a new smartphone in the F series, Galaxy F55. This will likely be another renamed version of the Galaxy M55 and also the successor to the Galaxy F54. Wi-Fi Alliance also certified the Galaxy F55, which not only confirms the device's existence but also shows that Samsung may be launching it shortly.
Besides, Wi-Fi Alliance also confirmed another Samsung smartphone line with code number SM-C5560. It is a new product that we have never heard of and is expected to be called Galaxy C55. The last devices of the C series launched in September 2017 were the Galaxy C7 and Galaxy C8. Therefore, it seems that the company is planning to revive the C series after nearly 5 years of production stoppage.
Wi-Fi Alliance certified the Galaxy F55 and Galaxy C55
The only little information that the Galaxy F55 and Galaxy M55 certifications reveal is that they both support dual-band Wi-Fi 6. However, this is not too surprising because Samsung has provided this connection option on the Galaxy M54 and other mid-range phone devices.
According to information from Geekbench, the Galaxy M55 will be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 processor. Therefore, the Galaxy F55 may also use this processor. Currently, that is all the information we know about the new F series products.
The Galaxy C55 is still a mysterious smartphone. Information about it has not yet been revealed. Will it be based on the Galaxy M55 or a completely different device? Now Samsung has started certifying the Galaxy C55 from different platforms, so we will soon get more leaks about this smartphone.
