With One UI 7.0, Samsung has redesigned the Notifications and Quick Panels. The biggest change is that the Quick Panels and Notifications are split into two separate pages.

You can now swipe down from the top-right corner of the screen to quickly open the Quick Panels and swipe down from any other part of the top edge to open the Notifications.

However, swiping down from the top-right corner to access the Quick Panels isn't convenient for everyone. Fortunately, Samsung has figured this out.

In the third beta of One UI 7.0 for the Galaxy S24 series, there's a new option that allows you to reverse the above setting.

This option is called Quick Panel on the left edge. To change this setting, open the Quick Panels, tap the pen icon to switch to edit mode, and then tap the Panel Settings key in the top-left corner.
