Samsung has now started releasing the September 2023 update for Galaxy devices. In addition, the company also made some changes to the software support status for some of its smartphones.

In the recently updated software support document, Samsung has officially removed the Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ from its software support list. Thus, there is only one device in the line, the Galaxy Note 10 Lite, that still receives quarterly updates because this product launched later.

Launched at the end of 2019, the Galaxy Note 10 series comes pre-installed with Android 9 when sold. They received Android 10 in 2020, Android 11 in 2021, and Android 12 at the end of 2022. This is also the last major update that this product line received. Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10+ are not eligible for the Android 13 update.

The Galaxy Note 10 series impresses with its stunning design and Infinity-O display. Unfortunately, they are not covered by Samsung's latest software support policy of four Android versions and 5 years of security updates. The latest update these products received is the July 2023 patch.
