Samsung has started rolling out the first beta of One UI 6.0 based on Android 14 for the Galaxy Z Fold 5 in India and the US.

Samsung has started rolling out One UI 6.0 beta based on Android 14 for the Galaxy Z Fold 5. The update is now available in India and the US. If you're in either of these countries, you can sign up for the One UI 6.0 Beta Program through the Samsung Members app for your Galaxy Z Fold 5.

The first beta of One UI 6.0 for Galaxy Z Fold 5 has a Baseband version of F946BXXU1ZWJ2. This is a large update, coming in at nearly 2.7 GB. So you should download it over Wi-Fi. In addition to Android 14, this update comes with the October 2023 security patch.

Once you have enrolled your Galaxy Z Fold 5 into the One UI 6.0 Beta Program, you can check for the update by navigating to Settings โ†’ Software Update and tapping Download and Install.

Galaxy Z Fold 5 has become Samsung's first folding screen phone model to experience One UI 6.0 beta. The Galaxy Z Flip 5 may soon join the program. Samsung may also release One UI 6.0 beta for the Galaxy Z Flip 4 and Galaxy Z Fold 4 in the coming weeks.
