The beta version of One UI Watch 6 for the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 series is now available to download.

One UI Watch 6 brings a few changes related to health monitoring and some other functions. One of the main additions is that Galaxy AI will be integrated into Sleep Insights, allowing you to better understand your sleep. Additionally, the ability to use index finger tap gestures is no longer an Accessibility feature.

Today, Samsung appears to have let US users test a beta version of One UI Watch 6 for the Galaxy Watch 5 and Galaxy Watch 4 alongside the Galaxy Watch 6. One UI Watch 6 beta can only be installed on one device. certain variants of the Galaxy Watch 4 and Galaxy Watch 5, excluding “special editions”.

Additionally, the LTE sector variant was not tested with the new beta software. Currently, Samsung still does not specify the reason why there is this limitation.

Users can participate in One UI Watch 6 beta testing through the Samsung Members app. Once the app is opened, you will see a One UI Watch 6 beta promotional card. Just touch it and press Join. Soon, an update will be pushed to the Galaxy Wearable app.

In just over a week, the Galaxy Watch 7 and Galaxy Watch Ultra will be launched at the Unpacked event in Paris. They will run One UI Watch 6 right out of the box.
