After introducing the Galaxy Tab S9 series a few weeks ago, Samsung seems to be preparing for the introduction of mid-range Galaxy Tab A9 models.
The Galaxy Tab A9 was recently discovered to have passed FCC and Wi-Fi Alliance certification, revealing its dimensions, battery capacity, and design schematics. Today, Galaxy Tab A9+ has achieved Bluetooth SIG as well as BIS certification. In addition, this tablet has appeared on Geekbench, confirming some hardware specifications.
Galaxy Tab S9+ gets BIS certification
The Bluetooth SIG listing reveals that the Galaxy Tab A9+ has a model number SM-X216B. Furthermore, the certification also confirms that the tablet will support Bluetooth v5.1. It also obtained BIS certification, indicating that it will launch in India soon in the future. Furthermore, the Geekbench listing reveals that Tab A9+ will be powered by a Snapdragon 695 SoC accompanied by Adreno 619 GPU. The tablet will have up to 4GB RAM, and run on Android 13 OS with UI One UI 5.1.

In related news, the Galaxy Tab A9 also appeared on SafetyKorea certification, with a few hands-on images. As you can see, this tablet has a single selfie camera on the front and comes with model number SM-X115N. Earlier, Tab A9 was revealed to have a 5,000mAh battery with support for 15W fast charging. Furthermore, the tablet will have a length of 210.7mm and a width of 124.7mm according to the FCC certification document.

The device will have a rear camera, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack. It will support LTE, WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth. Currently, the launch date of Galaxy Tab A9 and Tab A9+ has not been revealed.
