The Samsung Galaxy S24 series is said to have a new circle gesture for searching and a Recording app using AI that can summarize meeting content.

The Galaxy S24 series – Samsung's first “AI Phones” – will have many AI features. Last week, several of them, including the wallpaper generator, were exposed. Recently, another interesting feature of the Galaxy S24 series was leaked.

The Galaxy S24 series is said to have a new search method. You can circle anything. The device will then search for information about that thing. Reporter Ahmed Qwaider did not explain the feature in detail, only saying that users can circle anything in the image to learn more about it through information provided by the network.

Additionally, the Voice Memos app can use AI to identify and tag up to ten people and convert their voices to text. These are convenient features for anyone who attends lectures or meetings.

A similar feature is already available on a few Google Pixel phones. However, they need a network connection to transcribe. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S24 series' AI features are said to run on the device, including text translation and voice transcription capabilities.

In addition, the Galaxy S24 series can also summarize text in applications like Samsung Notes. They are also said to support taking photos at 10x zoom with One-Touch Capture mode.

According to rumors and leaks, the Galaxy S24 series will be equipped with Exynos 2400 or Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 depending on the device and region. Regardless of the processor, they will run AI on the device for fast and reliable AI performance. The Galaxy S24 series could be announced on January 17 in the US.
