Samsung is rolling out a new software update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra. This is the October 2024 security update for Galaxy phones and tablets, which fixes over 40 security vulnerabilities in Android and One UI.

The Galaxy S23 series in the US market is getting the update first. Currently, only carrier-locked products have received the update. Hopefully, the update will come soon for non-carrier-locked products.

The October 2024 security update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra will be available in all markets before the end of the month. The Galaxy S23 FE will also receive a similar update soon.

This update for the Galaxy S23 series comes with baseband version S91xUSQS4CXI4. You can download the update manually by navigating to the Settings app โ†’ Software update โ†’ Download and install.
