Samsung makes many great phones. Besides, they also make laptops under the Galaxy Book brand to build a complete ecosystem. We know that the Galaxy S24 series will mainly focus on AI. However, before the product launch, Samsung announced how it would integrate AI into other Galaxy phone models to summarize messages. However, you need to have a new Galaxy Book 4 to use the new feature. The text summarization task will be performed by Microsoft's Copilot.

Samsung launched the Galaxy Book 4 series late last year. And recently, the company announced that it will integrate its Galaxy phones with Copilot. You need to connect your Galaxy phone to the Galaxy Book 4 series via the Link to Windows app on Android and Phone Link on Windows. Additionally, you must make sure you use the same Microsoft account on both devices. You can then use Copilot to find, read, and summarize text messages on your Galaxy phone, and even automatically create and send messages on your behalf directly from your Galaxy Book 4.

For example, you can let Copilot on your Galaxy Book 4 search for restaurants recommended by friends in past messages saved on your Galaxy phone, search for customer reviews in the browser, and then send a message to someone asking if they want to go there for dinner. It's all done directly from the Galaxy Book 4. You won't need to open any additional apps on your Galaxy phone (other than Link to Windows).

Samsung said all Galaxy phone models running One UI will receive this feature. However, the company notes its availability may vary by market and device. The wording in the announcement also makes it clear that this feature is currently limited to the Galaxy Book 4. So you won't be able to experience it on older Galaxy Book models or other computer models.
