After releasing One UI 6.1 for high-end devices, Samsung is now rolling out this update for mid-range phones. Galaxy A54 users in Korea can now download and install One UI 6.1.

Information about the implementation of One UI 6.1 for the mid-range Galaxy device series was revealed a few days ago, right after the update for Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Fold 3, and Galaxy Z Flip 3 was widely released. As expected, Galaxy A54 is the next phone model to receive new improvements from One UI 6.1.

This is a major update with the code name A546SKSU4CXDC, however, it does not come with the May 2024 security patch. It is unclear what upgrades Samsung has brought to the Galaxy A54, but it is likely that this phone won't get many AI features, like the Galaxy S21.

If you are using a Galaxy A54, try checking for updates by going to Settings > Software Update > Download and Install. Although it has only been launched in Korea, One UI 6.1 will soon be available to devise users in many other countries around the world in the next few days.
