Samsung has officially confirmed the One UI 7 Beta 3 update via the One UI Beta Team, clearing up recent rumors about the release date. The company said that there is currently no specific date for the third Beta release.
The issue started when an update roadmap purportedly from Samsung India support suggested that One UI 7 Beta 3 would be released on December 23, with Beta 4 rolling out a week later on December 30. However, Samsung has yet to launch any new updates.
Beta participants in the US have raised questions regarding the release date, forcing Samsung to issue an official statement. According to the One UI Beta team, the company is still finalizing the software and the third Beta is not ready for release.
A quote from Samsung’s official announcement reads: “We appreciate your interest and contributions to the Beta program. Currently, Beta 3 software is still in the process of being finalized and there is no official release date. When it is ready, we will announce a specific date. Thank you!”
Samsung’s emphasis that the software still needs more time for internal testing shows that they are focusing on providing the best experience before launching it to users. Previously, Beta 2 significantly improved performance and brought many new features.
Based on the previous schedule, if Samsung sticks to the two-week interval between updates, Galaxy S24 series users can expect One UI 7 Beta 3 to be released later this year. This promises to bring a smoother and more complete software version, continuing the improvements from previous Betas.
