The Galaxy Watch 6 series launched last year came with Wear OS 4 built-in. And before the end of this year, Samsung will provide a major update based on Wear OS 5 for this product line.

The Galaxy Watch 6 could receive the Wear OS 5-based One UI Watch 6 update later this year

Previously, Google announced that they would introduce Wear OS 5 at the upcoming Google I/O 2024 event. The official update could be released a few months later, and Samsung will also soon introduce its own version of the custom software, expected to be One UI Watch 6.

Wear OS 5's new features and user interface have not yet been revealed. However, it will offer improved integration with Android smartphones, tablets, and TVs.
