SamFwOn February 17, Google released the Android 15 developer preview of the next version of the operating system. And it wasn't until July that the company completed testing. It will also take Samsung a few more months to combine it with its next version of One UI (One UI 7). So users of Galaxy devices will have to wait quite a while before they can experience the new software.
The official list of Galaxy devices eligible to update to the latest version will not be announced until Android 15 and One UI 7 have been rolled out on at least one Galaxy smartphone. However, we will rely on our experience with previous Android and One UI updates to come up with an unofficial list.

The devices on the list are evaluated through many factors. First, all products launching with Android 13 will have version 15 as Samsung offers at least two major OS upgrades for almost every Android phone and tablet.
High-end and mid-range models that qualify for 4-year update support will also get Android 15 because they all run Android 11 or higher. Naturally, all Galaxy phones and tablets launching in 2024 will also receive the next version of the operating system.
The above list is not final and we will have to wait for the official release until at least August or September if Samsung sticks to its usual schedule for Android and One UI updates.
