Samsung has released the September 2024 security update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5, which fixes 67 security vulnerabilities. This should help keep your device safer from attacks. The company is currently rolling out the update to the international and US variants of the Galaxy Z Fold 5, which have model numbers SM-F946B and SM-F946U1, respectively.

The update includes baseband version F946BXXS3DXI3. Galaxy phones and tablets automatically check for software updates on a regular basis. However, you can update your device manually by navigating to Settings app โ†’ Software update โ†’ Download and install.
