The front design of the Galaxy S25 Ultra that surfaced online in the middle of this month only showed us that the corners are no longer as square as before and the screen bezels are even thinner. Fortunately, tipster Ice Universe has just shared a more detailed render of the product, including the side edges.
As you can see, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have completely flat edges. While Samsung has changed the design of the edges a bit over the past few years, the new render suggests that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will have some major design changes. If so, the product may look similar to recent Meizu phones with flat edges and slightly rounded corners compared to the Galaxy S24 Ultra.
However, it's worth noting that this is not an official render. Also, there's still plenty of time for Samsung to change its mind. In other words, you shouldn't take this leak too seriously.
Other Galaxy S25 Ultra information
A previous leak said that the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be slightly narrower than its predecessor but will have a wider screen thanks to thinner bezels. More specifically, the width of the Galaxy S25 Ultra is said to be equivalent to the iPhone 16 Pro Max. In addition, the Galaxy S25 Ultra's screen may be slightly larger than its predecessor.
The phone will be launched in Q1 2025 with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 Mobile Platform for Galaxy or Exynos 2500 processor. The camera system includes a main camera using a 200MP ISOCELL HP2 sensor, a 3x 50MP telephoto (upgraded from 10MP), and a 5x 50MP telephoto. In addition, the ultra-wide-angle camera will use a 1/2.76" JN1 sensor with a resolution of 50MP.
Additionally, it is reported that one of the two telephoto lenses will use a 1/3” ISOCELL sensor, which should improve the clarity and stability of zoom shots.
