Samsung has officially confirmed the launch date of the Galaxy S24 on January 17, 2024. The company has now posted teaser videos showing how attractive the Galaxy S24 Ultra is, with extreme zoom capabilities—magic thanks to Galaxy AI.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is expected to use an upgraded version of the ISOCELL HP2 200MP sensor, which is used on the Galaxy S23 Ultra. This sensor seems to be integrated with AI technology so it has very good zoom ability. Previously, there were rumors that Samsung was developing a camera sensor for phones with AI on the sensor.

All three teaser videos that Samsung posted mention the new AI-based zoom feature. This may be the ISOCELL Zoom Anyplace technology that the company previously announced. It allows users to zoom even when the selected object is at the edge of the screen without changing the overall rotation angle.

In simple terms, you can zoom in on any object in the frame with the Galaxy S24 Ultra without fear of losing quality or resolution. It is still unclear whether the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ will be equipped with such features. SamCafe will continue to update as soon as the latest information becomes available.
