In just one week, the Galaxy S24 will officially launch at the CES 2024 event in San Jose, California, USA. Technology enthusiasts, especially Samfans, are eagerly waiting for the launch of this latest flagship line as well as wanting to own an upgraded phone compared to the current Galaxy phone or from another brand.

Those who continue to use current Galaxy phone products are looking forward to the One UI 6.1 version. The new version of One UI will launch on the Galaxy S24 lineup, and as usual, it will also roll out to eligible Galaxy devices in the following weeks or months.

Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra will be the first devices to be updated to the One UI 6.1 version. Samsung tested this update for its 2023 flagship line a while ago, and now it's turning its attention to the Galaxy S22 lineup.

An internal test version of One UI 6.1 for the Galaxy S22 Ultra has been spotted on Samsung's servers. However, due to some delay reasons, the One UI 6.1 version will take longer to appear on existing smartphones than last year's One UI 5.1.

The focus that Samsung is aiming for in this latest flagship line is AI artificial intelligence technologies and several smart features supported by AI. This means that porting those cool features to older devices will require more work and the process will take longer. However, users hope One UI 6.1 will soon be installed on eligible devices before next March.
