Samsung Releases One UI 7 Beta 5 for Galaxy S24 Series with Multiple Bug Fixes

Samsung continues its One UI 7 testing with the Beta 5 update for the Galaxy S24 series. This could be the final beta before the stable version is rolled out next month. The update has now been rolled out first in India, before expanding to other regions.

The One UI 7 Beta 5 update comes with a PDA build number ending in ZYC6, bringing several important bug fixes to improve the performance and stability of the operating system. Additionally, for the Galaxy S24 and S24+, the update also introduces the Samsung Log feature, which supports better system error tracking and analysis.

Several important bugs have been fixed in this update, including the Now Bar display issue, the lock screen notification setting issue, the small icon display issue on the widget settings screen, and the inconsistent blur effect issue after setting the transparency of the widget. In addition, Samsung also tweaked the spacing of the Quick Actions menu, fixed the issue of the Gallery edit button not working properly, and fixed the issue of overlapping fonts and images in some interfaces.

In addition to focusing on bug fixes, the update also brings a number of improvements, including improved media playback, which will display real-time notifications, making it easier for users to control.

With One UI 7 Beta 5 now released, Samsung may be getting closer to a stable update. The Galaxy S24 is expected to be the first device line to receive One UI 7 officially in April, before expanding to older models. If you are participating in the beta program, don't forget to update to experience the latest improvements!
