Samsung has just released One UI 7 Beta 5 based on Android 15 for the Galaxy S24 series in India. This update not only brings many improvements but also expands the Galaxy Log Video feature to the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+, instead of being limited to the Galaxy S24 Ultra as in the previous Beta 4.
Galaxy Log Video is a professional video recording mode that was first introduced on the Galaxy S25. This mode allows users to control the light balance, and color, as well as post-production editing more flexibly, helping to create cinematic footage. When shooting in this mode, the original video will have a lighter tone and less contrast, but this is a strong point because it helps users customize the color and light to their liking during the post-production process.
Samsung has officially added Galaxy Log Video to the Galaxy S24 and S24+ models, giving users more options in creating video content. To activate this mode, users can open the Samsung Camera app, select More, go to Pro Video, and then turn on LOG Mode right on the video recording interface.
Samsung's expansion of Galaxy Log Video to the entire Galaxy S24 series shows that the company is focusing more on improving the filming experience on smartphones, helping users to create professional videos right on their mobile devices.
