Samsung has officially expanded the stable One UI 7 update for the Galaxy S24 series globally. After the update appeared in some Asian markets such as India, many users in other regions also began receiving the update notification, marking the company's widespread deployment process.

Previously, the One UI 7 update based on Android 15 was first released by Samsung on April 7 in Korea, then quickly became available in Europe, the US, and Canada. However, just a few days later, Samsung was forced to temporarily suspend the rollout due to a serious bug. A week later, the update was restored along with a hotfix package and is now available for international Galaxy S24 users in the US, regardless of carrier.

Not only in the US, Samsung has also started rolling out the One UI 7 update to Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra users in many other countries in Asia and Africa. Unlike previous beta updates, this time all users can receive the update, regardless of whether they participated in the beta program or not.

For users who have installed the beta version, the update package size is quite light, only about 500MB. Meanwhile, users who install the official version first will need to download the update that weighs more than 5GB, because One UI 7 brings a lot of changes, from a refreshed interface, Galaxy AI features, to expanded personalization options.

If you are using one of the Galaxy S24 models, check for the update in the next few days or go to Settings > Software update > Download and install to download it manually.
