Samsung is preparing to bring a series of notable improvements to Galaxy devices, including a powerful upgraded Now Brief feature in One UI 8. From leaked test builds, Now Brief promises to become more useful with the ability to automatically notify when there are updates related to deliveries.
Now Brief was first introduced on the Galaxy S25 series with One UI 7. In the new version, this feature will not only support parking location reminders, smart home device alerts, or wearable battery status, but can also track messages related to orders.
According to information discovered in the Samsung Messages application version 16.1.10.7, the system will identify messages with shipping content, then display a summary notification to let users know how many messages related to orders have been received during the day. This way, you don’t have to open each message and still get a quick and convenient update on your order status.
Although it hasn’t been officially confirmed, it’s likely that this feature will appear in the stable version of One UI 8, which is expected to be introduced with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 on July 9. This will also be the time when Samsung fully announces the new features of One UI 8 for phones and One UI 8 Watch for smartwatches.
