After releasing the One UI 8 Beta program for the Galaxy S25 series last week, Samsung has officially entered the testing phase of the Android 16 operating system. While the company has not announced a roadmap for other devices, several internal test builds have been developed for many models. A recent report revealed the expected rollout schedule for the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S23.

According to @tarunvats33, the Galaxy S24 is likely to receive the One UI 8 Beta by the end of June. However, this timeline could be pushed back to early July, depending on the progress of internal testing and bug fixes. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S23 is said to join the beta program around July 2025.

These are all unofficial timelines and are subject to change, as beta updates are often delayed due to bugs or system stability issues. With One UI 8, Samsung is making many deep adjustments inside the interface, so the testing process needs to be more cautious.

In addition to the Galaxy S24 and S23, the One UI 8 Beta is also expected to be deployed to the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6, possibly at the same time as the S24. Some recent high-end tablets and mid-range smartphones are also likely to receive the beta update in July. Samsung will likely officially announce this expansion plan in the coming weeks, when the build reaches the necessary stability level.

Previously, Samsung confirmed that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Z Flip 7 will come with Android 16 and One UI 8 pre-installed. Older models may have to wait until August or September to receive the official version. However, the company's goal is to complete the release of One UI 8 to all eligible devices before the end of 2025.
